With the competency module, there will be an overview of existing skills and identify gaps to equip the respective staff with the relevant skills/competency training. Modelled after the Skillsfuture framework, it ensures that the skills/competency areas, which the staff has or will acquire, tied closely to the demands of the Singapore workforce.

The timesheet module enables staff to input their work done easily with a user-friendly interface. This also helps the management to be able to have access and visibility on the work clocked by the staff and this information presented in graphical gives clarity and a one-glance view.

Combining both time and skills/competency in an app enables both staff and management to be able to have information readily available to achieve enhanced resource planning.
